Conrad Koh Samui

Literally paradise on earth. Spent the days in the gorgeous infinity pool gazing at the Gulf of Thailand and it never got old. The in-room dining is delicious and fast, and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. Superior service.

Breakfast is a little pricey for Thailand. Skip it and order in-villa dining instead.

Spacious villa with all necessary amenities provided. Excellent ventilation and a stunning sunset view. The service was excellent, while the food was average.

Food options its literally few

We recently stayed at the Conrad Koh Samui with our family of 8(including two grandparents and four energetic kids!), and while it was a different experience from a typical "family resort," it was memorable for all the right reasons, thanks to the incredible staff.Let's start with the obvious: the view is simply the best in Koh Samui. Waking up to that panoramic ocean vista from our private infinity pool was worth the trip alone. The villas are spacious and beautifully designed for ultimate privacy and luxury.The Team Makes All the Difference: We have to be honest, traveling with a large family presented some initial challenges. The check-in process was a bit slow, and the setup isn't inherently baby/kid-friendly (think more honeymooners than families of six!). However, this is where the Conrad team truly shines. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. A huge shout-out to Hely, Ying, and the entire team for their exceptional efforts to make everything right for us. Their kindness and professionalism turned our stay around completely.Dining & Exceptional Service: We tried all the restaurants during our stay and were happy with every single meal – the quality and variety were fantastic. We also experienced their remarkable attention to detail when the cleaning crew helped me find a tiny, lost piece of my earring. That level of care and professionalism is what sets a 5-star resort apart.In conclusion, the Conrad is a breathtakingly beautiful resort that delivers on luxury and views. While it may not be the most naturally geared-up for large families, the staff's genuine desire to provide impeccable service more than makes up for it. A Note on the Kids Club: The kids club is quite tiny and the activities felt a bit limited. This is an area we feel could use some investment, especially for attracting more families.

The entire resort is amazing! Location, staff, restaurants, privacy, … etc.

One thing only! Pick up your guests in big buggies because one row buggies are not comfortable as you are looking backwards!

The staff here are excellent they truly go beyond the norm to make you feel relaxed and to have a great time. We were welcomed by New who took good care of my wife and I throughout our trip. This is my second time being in this resort. Coming back to it after 8 years, I was surprised that the condition of the hotel is excellent and they upgraded the facilities at the hotel such as adding a coffee shop, more restaurants and also opening their own farm to have fresh food which was perfect and a job well done. The view is exceptional and the pool and level of privacy is great. The food was tasty and at the buffet they mark dishes with the Halal sign which is excellent.The staff were very attentive to details that even after check out and for our trip to the airport they provided us with a bag of snacks and water which is such a beautiful gesture.

Some minor details might help such as adding photos to the menus of the restaurants.

We just spent two incredible nights at Conrad Koh Samui for a honeymoon birthday, and everything was perfect! We were welcomed by the warmest, friendliest staff who made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived.The villa was stunning, offering breathtaking ocean views and absolute privacy—pure luxury. Moving between the room and the lobby with the electric buggy was a fun experience on its own; the little winding road felt like a mini roller coaster ride!Dining at Jahn was an unforgettable highlight — a world-class restaurant with extraordinary flavors and an intimate atmosphere. And the breakfast? The best we’ve ever seen is a fantastic variety of top-quality selections catering to every taste.We are so grateful for this memorable stay and look forward to returning. Our villa was incredible. Large. With an incredible 30’ wide infinity pool just for us.

The beach was not worth being on. Very hot. No breeze and the sand wasn’t very nice and the water was rocky and weedy.

Our stay at the Conrad Koh Samui was incredible. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who informed us of all hotel amenities and gave us a tour of our villa. Villa was very spacious and clean. Infinity pool was quite large. Housekeeping cleaned the room 2 times daily, replacing the used towels with clean ones and providing extra water bottles. Transportation from one place to another inside the resort required a buggy, which was a phone call away every time we needed it, arriving in less than 5 minutes. All hotel staff were extremely friendly and cheerful, always smiling. The front desk staff were always very helpful and accommodative. We had the best steak at their steakhouse "Jahn". The ribeye was very tender and juicy، cooked to perfection. The sides were incredible, especially the truffle mac & cheese.

Unbelievable views, amazing villa with a private infinity pool and a rich, varied breakfast. Everyone was helpful and friendly- did their best to pamper us.

We booked a stay with breakfast and dinner, but we didn't know that dinner didn't include drinks at all...

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. We loved the private pool and the huge bathroom. Felt completely secluded, making it a truly relaxing stay. Comfy bed. Brilliant room. The staff brought us a Conrad bear with our child's name stitched in it's little dressing gown on the first night. A lovely touch and a great surprise for her.

The hotel is situated on a steep hill making it hard to walk anywhere - this meant we didn't explore the hotel as much as we'd usually like to. Not a major problem as our room was so beautiful we didn't want/need to leave it. The room service food was VERY expensive. With quite small portions.
